Hello! I'm a housing designer/decorator in Final Fantasy XIV. My style is usually modern and minimalist, but I am open to any type of style the client desires. I specialize in decorating residential homes and venue/nightclubs.I've poured many hours into each of my designs, ensuring pixel perfect alignment, no flickering textures, and lighting that just brings everything together.I strive to find a balance between fine details and spacial reasoning. Too many details can often lead to very small, cramped designs.

Plot Size	Total Cost
Small	25,000,000 gil	+ Expenses
Medium	35,000,000 gil	+ Expenses
Large	50,000,000 gil	+ Expenses

"Expenses" refer to the cost of furniture, which are subject to change depending on the market and circumstances. Client will be expected to cover all expenses.
^🔨 If client wishes to craft and/or provide furniture to reduce the cost, they may do so.
I require a down payment of at least 30% of the total cost(excluding expenses) before starting. This serves as a "trust" agreement for my services.
Client must provide any items that can't be obtained by gil or crafting. (Bicolor Gemstone Items, Moon Phasmascape, etc.)
I strongly advise each client to be very specific in what sort of design/theme they want BEFORE I start on the design.
All messages and in-game trades will be screenshot to ensure that both parties are held accountable for the services and gil amount owed.
